ポイント1: 口は5-8mmに開ける。口の周りをリラックスさせて、薄く開ける。「う」「お」のように丸めない。
ポイント2: 母音から「くらいL」へと滑らかにつなぐこと。口を閉じるのを忘れない。※そーた式に合わせて「お」と発音しても良い。
