HOW TO PRONOUNCE /ŋ/

  1. The back part of the tongue is touching the back part of the roof of the mouth (soft palate).
  2. The air flows out of the nose.
  3. Lips are relaxed.
  4. OPEN your mouth a bit.

COMMON JAPANESE MISTAKE

Usually students cannot hear and pronounce the difference among the last /m/, /n/, /ŋ/.
Last /ŋ/ is usually pronounced as /m/ or /n/.
